Who I am
I help to create safe, connected and inclusive places of work. I have a deep passion for uplifting voices so they can be heard -particularly for women, LGTBQI, those with disabilities and mental health issues. In my workshops, I address all of these issues, plus actionable solutions so that employers can create high performing workplaces - and employees can thrive. 
I'm also a specialist in cultivating inclusive and empathetic leadership - this, I believe, is pivotal for transforming workplace culture.

Create an environment in which diversity and inclusion are the default state of play. It means tackling the challenges of communication and unconscious biases. Be an amplifier, an ally and an advocate in your workplace.
